Service sucks have no clue how to send a report to LG. Then want 80 bucks for the techs report plus had to pay 40 just to have them look at rude people have no clue how to deal with anything. Don't go here ever!!

Worst experience ever. Use them at your own risk! They damaged my dryer and then blamed me for it and are refusing to fix. And the secretary was extremely rude as the other two negative comments stated. I've never taken the time to post a review for anything before but that's how upset I am with the experience and I wanted to warn others not to use them!!!
