  Well today I thought I would give it one more try. Worst service ever. Our first time there we waited for 1hr 1/2 for cold pizza. And still paid!! Today we were forgotten after we were brought to our table. We had more then enough time to look at the menu. She was confused by us asking for water. We got our order and the food was ok. Our waitress never came back to refill our water's or ask how our meal is. She never came back until it was time to pay. And asked for the manager and no response. So I asked her to tell her manager about our terrible experience and once again paid . For bad service. So if your looking for a bad night and to be forgotten then this is the place for you

  Service this evening was terrible!! Had to go ask for our own bill after sitting for a long period after our meal. No refills were offered nor did any of the staff come and check on us.

  The kitchen is understaffed, as are the waitresses. Whoever is supervising on shift in the restaurant must be new, as drinks take 3 minutes- and appetizers take 30. The entree or pizza itself takes 45. We ordered pizzas for noon and the kitchen is "just starting them", at 12:25. We may be a large group, but is there no prep work done before the restaurant opens? We ordered the pizzas at approximately 10:30. Management needs to get it together- this is no fault of the waitresses.

  The service was absolutely atrocious. Waited 30 minutes for a refill on coffee all meals except one were disgusting. And our server did not ask us how are meals were. Really disappointed
