  Just about the only reason I go back to the Hat anymore. Still the same flavours as I remember as a kid. No place I've ever been can match their chilli chips and mushroom burger. Even though it had been a year since I was there last they still remembered my order. No, it's not the fastest or cheapest but I would easily take freshly cooked and a bit more money for the experience. A true local gem that shouldn't be missed nor taken for granted

  Average burgers. The fully loaded cheeseburger is just a burger with a cheese slice, nothing special. Outdoor seating or drive through only. Seagulls beg for food.

  Good food. I have always enjoyed stopping here but if you do go through the drive thru. I watched multiple cars come and go with bags of food before I got my burger and onion rings at the window.
