  Waited in drive through for 20 minutes..to get the wrong food. Doors are closed and definitely not waiting on the line. So i call, get the manager..he says sorry we will make it and bring it out. 15 minutes later I call again. Manager is on break and some nasty woman says they don't do that because of security. When I asked for the manager again, she lied and said he was on break. After arguing with her for a few minutes she finally went to get him. They eventually came out with my food. 25 minutes after I tried to get it a second time. Three of them brought it out...like I was going to steal the food I already paid for.

  Love a square Patty, but fries have far too much salt. My blood pressure can't cope with too many Wendy's... Great drink selection too.

  Always a great price and food comes hot! It's awesome that they're open late on weekends. Having no salt on fries option is great and lemonades are the best!

  Stopped here on my way through Medicine Hat.. probably one of the worst Wendy's in the country. The restaurant functions like a chicken with its head cut off, serious lack of management. Won't be stopping here again.
